Food was excellent, only minor quibble is that some substitutions were made with no explanation (e.g. potatoes instead of rice and risotto). Not a big deal, was still very good. Drinks were well made, and the wine prices were reasonable. I had to shave a point off, however, for the just plain awful parking situation. Apparently they do not have a private parking area, and the lot has always been completely full every time we've been here. Good food and ambiance. Small area led to a little too much noice
We had a birthday to celebrate. Great time.
Beautiful location overlooking the marina. Food was excellent. We had the lobster bisque and the mussels to start and both were generous portions and delicious ur entrees were the surf & turf and the steamed lobster over citrus risotto and it couldn’t have been better All food came to the table piping hot and our waitress was wonderful. Sadly we had no more room for dessert because they all looked great. I can’t wait for my next HH vacation to return to Ela’s

It was our anniversary
We were celebrating our 36th anniversary and after reading other Open Table reviews, I thought, we too, would get a glass of champagne from the restaurant….none was received and we did not question it…we had a wonderful view of the marina, weather was perfect…we enjoyed the beet appetizer and Caesar salad..we shared both…I had the pork chop dinner and my husband had the salmon…we thoroughly enjoyed both…we shared the chocolate peanut butter square for dessert which was also delicious…highly recommend Ela’s for dinner, especi... read more
