It's warm in the restaurant. Could do a better job woth AC. Service is nice and food was very good

I had noted on my reservation we were celebrating our anniversary. We were greeted by the hostess who wished us a happy anniversary as did the entire staff. I also requested a special table with a view and they accommodated us on that too, they also gave us a complimentary class of champagne. Food was outstanding as was the service the entire staff was great. I would recommend this restaurant for any occasion but certainly for a special occasion thanks to all at Ella's

Food was amazing, but the interior could use some work. Upstairs was hot, paint on walls was falling off, furniture dirty… for a place that tries to give “fine dining” seems like management would pay attention to the details that are typical of a fine dining experience.
We ate there twice in the same week. The food was great the 1st time: amazing crab cake appetizer and scallops for the main course so we decided to return to have the crab cakes as a main course because the appetizer version had been so good (moist, full of lump crabmeat). The 2nd time we were very disappointed with the main course version; the crab cakes were overcooked, dry, and with little lump meat.
