We ate outside on the deck overlooking the marina. Wonderful view. The service was slow at first but then turned out to be fine. The cocktails and food were really good, especially the halibut.
The service was outstanding! Lovely views and delicious food. The desserts looked amazing but we were stuffed and had to pass.
Best shrimp and grits and fried green tomatoes on the island
Food quality was fine, but the flavors were not as robust as we have enjoyed at other fine dining type restaurants. Our server was high energy and the pace of our experience felt rushed. If I’m paying $500 for dinner for 4 to celebrate a special occasion, I would return to Palmetto Bluff for dinner. I would give the restaurant a 3-3.5/5 stars. Consistently excellent food and service. One of our favourite HH restaurants.
Ela’s is always a fantastic experience. From the incredible menu selections to the ambiance and service followed by the outstanding meal. We love Ela’s On the Water and highly recommend to everyone.
Food was fabulous as always. Drinks were not served in a timely manner. Had to remind a staff member and they were delivered along with appetizers.
