For Father’s Day, We sat outside on their covered patio. There was a small period of rain while we were there but nothing came in. Food was excellent! Wife had surf and turf and I had shrimp a grits. Fried green tomatoes were perfect! Our toddler has the pasta with a bacon cream sauce which she loved with chicken breast. Poor service but the food was wonderful
Wonderful experience, was first restaurant we ate at upon arrival to island. Great ambiance along with wonderful food and great service.

Requested a bar table. Got a high top with beautiful view! Wood ‘cut out’ table is a one & done. Only good for drinks. Not set up to eat dinner with all the ‘holes’ in it. Pretty table, but useless to eat unless you’re up for a challenge at dinner.
Ela’s never disappoints. It’s a romantic setting with consistently outstanding fresh and delicious menu selections and great service. We love Ela’s! It’s our favorite restaurant on Hilton Head Island!
Food Location and Environment was fantastic!! Waitress seemed short and was not attentive to our party. In fact a co worker finally came over and cleaned off the plates. Drinks were never refilled. Will definitely return on any future visits and hopefully we will have a different experience with service.
Food and service was very good. It was a little noisy at times due to a party going o upstairs. This was our most expensive dinner of the week but everything was delicious.
