The location is wonderful. Three out of four of our meals were great . My husbands grouper was overcooked and dry. He ate it, and he probably shouldn’t have. I told the waitress and told her just to tell them in the back so that they would know. I was a little disappointed in the service. I got crab claws and I didn’t get a basket for the shells nor did they offer me a hot towel afterwards.From an establishment as nice as this I would have expected that. It was pricey and a bit disappointing.
It is a beautiful restaurant .. view exceptional ! Drinks were outstanding but not very prompt. Food pan seared grouper was very tough and over cooked . Rice was hard like it was not cooked long enough . But I will probably try it again but won’t be my first choice
Excellent food, service, and ambience. There was a shortage of help due to the mandatory evacuation in effect for Hurricane Florence, but the service was excellent and the servers worked like a well-practiced team. We had a wonderful dinner.
We came for my wife's birthday, and even though I reminded them 3 times (in the reservation, when they called to confirm, and secretly when we got there), they still forgot. Waitress really didn't seem to care, and when I brought it to their attention at the end of the night, nothing really happened. I told the hostess how disappointed I was, but I never got a manager or GM to come by and apologize... We were just visiting, and this place was heavily recommended by our concierge.
