Never had a bad meal at Ela's!! Can't beat the location either.

We ate here for our dinner out while on vacation with our grown children. It was very nice but a bit overpriced. We didn't have a table with a view, which may have made it nicer, but it was still a good meal. Our waitress Hannah was good too. Everyone liked their meal (grouper, scallops, crab cakes, halibut special). The creme brulee was good but a little soupy. Crab cakes were good too, but not hot enough. May have been sitting a while. Calamari app was very good, as were the hush puppies.
Loved it! Absolutely beautiful view of the marina and the pan seared fish special was delicious. Heirloom carrots were a great touch to this gourmet meal and the key lime pie was wonderful. Would recommend coming here if you're on vacation and looking for a good place to go!
We had a fabulous evening at Ela's. Everything from the drinks at the bar to the Key Lime Pie was excellent. It's so refreshing when quality and service come together at the same time. We will definitely be back.
The calamari was excellent, the other dishes were good, but we eat out at a couple of places that were better, kind of expensive for what it was. Great view, very good service.
We made a reservation requesting a table where we could see the fireworks. We did t get one- nobody did. We watched the fireworks from a couple of empty tables overlooking the cove before dessert. Service was good, but they brought my medium rare steak to the table very well done. They were quick to bring me another so I didn't have to eat alone. The oysters Rockefeller were very bland as was the steak. It was a shame, because we normally like Elas, and brought another couple with us who had never been there. Very disappoint... read more
