Mam, has been in Shenstone Court Care Home for 3 weeks and has settled in lovely. She has eaten well, joined in with activities and well looked after. As a family we are very pleased and has took so much stress away from us all.

I was greeted by an experienced, knowledgeable lady who showed me round with all the necessary information. When I arrived here, I have found everyone has been kind, friendly, and very efficient. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The food is excellent, and general help that I need is extremely satisfactory. I find the manager and senior staff very efficient, hard working and dedicated - my whole experience so far has been brilliant.

Ellen has been very professional, helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Margaret, the manager, has helped me. The home is beautiful and clean, the staff are friendly, made my dad settle in, he feels at home, the food is lovely, Ellen has made all this possible.

My mother-in-law came for respite following a fall at home. The staff were absolutely wonderful with her, very kind and caring, and concerned about her health in general. Her room was lovely, she loved it.

My Dad was at Shenstone Court initially for respite care. He has since decided he wishes to be a permanent resident. The care provided by the whole team has been outstanding. The staff have taken time to get to know Dad and made him feel comfortable from the start. They have also advised us as a family regarding his health and acted appropriately informing us of any concerns/actions for which we are grateful. When visiting Shenstone Court we are usually greeted warmly by your friendly, efficient receptionist who seems to know and genuinely care for all the residents and their visitors. The care staff are always attentive, kind, and patient, and nothing is ever too much trouble. They take the time to get to know the residents, ensuring everyone feels valued, comfortable, and well looked after at all times. My Dad became a resident at Shenstone Court initially for a respite period. He has vascular dementia. I am extremely happy with the excellent care that Dad receives here. All of the staff have taken time to get to know my Dad and his interests. His room is spotless, he is always clean, shaven and wearing clean clothes.
