We moved my dad into Shenstone Court 10 days ago. Throughout the process of placing dad the staff have been so caring and helpful. Dad is settling well thanks to the thoughtfulness of everyone there. They have gone above and beyond to help dad. Yesterday I had arranged to take dad out for tea. When I arrived to collect him he was all ready looking clean smart and shaved just like my dad likes to look. The staff on duty were welcoming towards us. Just wish to thank Joanne, Kiran, Emma and the rest of the team for looking after my mom so wonderfully during her stay at this lovely home. I thoroughly recommend Shenstone Court, not just for the exceptional facilities and surroundings but for all the dedicated and caring staff that made her stay so lovely.
