From the hassle free sales department from Corvette to the Finance team where Shaun took care of us! Corvette went above and beyond to make us happy and followed through with the promises he made to my wife and I. Excellent Experience Very friendly and non-pressure environment. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the vehicles to me. They gave me an excellent trade-in price on my vehicle and I arranged zero percent financing through them. It was a great experience and I was glad I was able to purchase my new vehicle through a local dealer.
Got what I wanted I'm an out of province buyer, Contacted Sherwood via internet, connected with Bryan Harper. They didn't have what I wanted on their lot at the time, Bryan found it in short order and gave me a price I couldn't refuse. Well worth the effort to travel to Sherwood to pick it up. Tim in finance was incredibly efficient and I was on my way home in no time.
Excellence at its Best!! My experience at Sherwood GMC was excellent. I was at the dealership for a service on my company truck. Best customer service First, i got called because my file's been transfer to somebody else(Simon) who gave me a call to make sure i was happy with my first vehicule i purchased there 2 years ago.. Eric Cahill helped my fiance and I out ; he was very professional, but he is also honest unlike other salesman he is determined to find you the vehicle you want for a great price which is in your budget. Excellent and fast service I recently purchased a new vehicle from Sherwood Buick, Corvette Batt helped us and he was extremely helpful and helped us make the entire process easy and fast. I originally started speaking to Corvette on the chat option on their website and it was nice to know I was actually speaking to a real local person at the dealership and not just a call center. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the vehicle we purchased and the service we were provided in the process.
