Amazing Experience ! We were referred to this dealership and salesman by our daughter who just recently purchased her vehicle from here and we have to say it was such an easy process. We didn't feel as though we were being pushed into anything and everything was thoroughly explained !
What a refreshing experience purchasing a new vehicle! Bumpy start, but excellent finish Completed a factory order which was missing some options when it arrived. Paperwork was missing at the time and all employees who I did the order with were no longer employed there. I was paired up with Wayne Robertson who went above and beyond to make the experience pleasant despite the bumpy start. Squealing and grinding from rear brakes. I had all the brakes replaced on my 2009 Pontiac Vibe about two weeks earlier at Sherwood GMC and was surprised that needed to be done considering that I have yet to replace brakes before 200,000 kms. Best experience on a car lot bar none. When I arrived I let them know I was serious about purchasing a Chevy Trax, and did not want any usual dealer treatment. They assured me that was not the case there and it wasn't. Sales person Simon Wiederkehr treated my wife Peggy and myself great.
