I had such a great experience last week. ******* was our service rep and he was so knowledgeable and helpful. The girls on the service desk made my anxiety level drop considerably. My car was diagnosed and ready within a few hours. Wed had problems for a month and no one else could figure out what was going on. But Kia ********* figured it out, fixed it and got it back to me. I was so happy and relieved. Thank you.
