The work itself is completely properly, however i have never had an experience where I was 100% happy with the customer service I’ve received. Covid has changed the dealerships ability to offer shuttles or estimated times of completion. I don’t live in Sherwood park, so it’s a hugely inconvenient experience for me. Also, the link sent to me to confirm other work didn’t work, I called the dealership as it was time sensitive, and still was on hold 10 minutes and had to call back to speak to someone, who took down the items ... read more
