Had my Murano in for oil change. The drop off went very smoothly. The staff communicated very effectively with me regarding their COVID policies. Pick up was also efficient and they explained what had all been done on servicing my Murano.

The service to the car was great. The receptionist was not very welcoming when I dropped off my car at 730. I was standing waiting by the service desk, finally I asked if anyone was there and she said no. I told her I was dropping off my car and she finally said ‘it is over here’. Then when I went to pick up my car at 5:15, she let me walk right passed her and I had to ask again and she said ‘no it is over here’. She didn’t care too much to help me at all.

I was early for my appointment. I tried to ask many times if I should come back at the time of my appointment but was never told anything other than I could leave my vehicle. I’m not sure if my vehicle got in earlier than my appointment or not.
