Bobbi was very pleasant and knowledgeable and had the job done well and ahead of time.
Always great service, even through this COVID-19. New procedures were explained outside for the express and signs are clear and easy to read when coming in to the waiting area.
All went well from the minutes I drove up to when I picked up my Sentra from Service. Very good service, people were all very helpful too. Good Covid practices as well.
All is good except it took longer then I expected

You were very prompt on my quote before I booked my car in for service. I was able to bring it in at the time I chose and the service done it was what I expected and was able to pick it up on the next day:

Had my Murano in for oil change. The drop off went very smoothly. The staff communicated very effectively with me regarding their COVID policies. Pick up was also efficient and they explained what had all been done on servicing my Murano.
The service to the car was great. The receptionist was not very welcoming when I dropped off my car at 730. I was standing waiting by the service desk, finally I asked if anyone was there and she said no. I told her I was dropping off my car and she finally said ‘it is over here’. Then when I went to pick up my car at 5:15, she let me walk right passed her and I had to ask again and she said ‘no it is over here’. She didn’t care too much to help me at all.
