Great that the service guys were able to get my vehicle in for service through the express lane for oil change and tire rotation. Service attendant told me that my battery failed and needed to be replaced. I agreed to buy a new battery and have it installed. I was pretty disappointed that the service guy just slapped in the new battery and did not even bother to give the battery terminals a clean despite charging me $44.00 to install the new battery. Express services is excellent. Staffs are profession and helpful.
Appointment was easy to book and reschedule. Shannon was helpful in explaining what may be the problem with my vehicle! She was also able to book a shuttle for me while my vehicle was being serviced! People were courteous and professional!
