Great experience
Came in to Express Service and was met by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member. In and out in short order with no concerns. 1st time there as travelling through the area.
Service was good and prompt.
The service department is great. This is my 3rd vehicle since 2004 I bought at Sherwood Nissan.
Service team, technician, shuttle driver did great as always! But I was a bit concerned of something I took note of. The lady at the service booking/cashier seems uncomfortable after I showed her of the rebate e-mail I had to get discount. I noticed a change in her attitude and body language. I recall she mentioned her name as Justine or so. I will not be quick to judge, but if this is an attitude thing, then I will tag her for bad customer service.
I was able to arrange the appointment at a time that was most convenient to me. The staff kept me informed of the progress on my repairs and the repairs were completed before the estimated time. The vehicle was clean when I picked it up, no mess of any kind left in or on the vehicle.
Very helpful and friendly.
Did everything that was asked.
