Service was good but difficult to get service advisor on the phone.
The Salesman Harpreet Singh was very good, pleasant, calm and well spoken. He set up our phone and was very very helpful. Rick Hall is also very nice and pleasant and spent time chatting with us and we feel made a good deal. The problem we had was the buttons on the steering wheel did not work as well as the horn. We had to take it to the ford dealers appt was set for 10 days later and in the shop for over 10 days. We were advised that the dealership should have known of this problem. I had been speaking to service staff about obtaining a new fog light for my 2017 Rogue. I provided enough time to have the part there before I booked an appointment. When the day for servicing arrived, they had the wrong part - they had only ordered the lens and not the complete light. The left hand and right hand need to be more coordinated. I now have to make another appointment to have it replaced at my service provider as I do not reside anywhere near your dealership to return. We specifically were trying to have it... read more
