I had my oil changed through the express service. I always find my experience positive when I come as the service advisors are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The last time I had my oil changed I really appreciated Richard telling me I had one prepaid oil change left on the package I purchased when I bought my Sentra. I was able to use my last prepaid oil change by coming in just a little sooner for this oil change. In all reality, whenever your brand new vehicle is tied up in a shop for 1.5 weeks, it’s hard to be completely satisfied....BUT at the heart of it all the dealership didn’t manufacture the vehicle. The Sherwood Team did a great job given the circumstances. The service manager recognized my frustration and did everything that he could to expedite the process.
