The front line agents are pleasant to deal with and in dealership everyone was friendly. The dealership in general seems to have internal communication issues. Temper your expectations and be prepared to possibly wait a week or so if you aren't just driving your vehicle off the lot. Communication issues extended my wait just over an extra week. However, they earn a bonus star for driving the vehicle a significant distance at no charge saving me a 4 hour round trip.

Sherwood Nissan has a wonderful salesman and his name is Lucas. I was shopping for a vehicle for about 3 months and visited a lot of dealerships. So of those I walked through not one salesman even asked if they could help me. The moment I met Lucas I knew a deal would be made. It took a couple try’s but that’s cause I’m old school and he’s a young buck!!!!!

Very happy with the service Brenden called me and ask if I was looking to get a new vehicle and I said yes so he send me same pictures of vehicles that I might look so we want to him and he was so friendly to us so we looked at the truck and we got it and Dane was so nice and friendly to us was will I’m very happy with the service
Robin was amazing! Listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I am impressed at his performance and professionalism! He gave amazing service when I went to pick up my car. Showed me everything the car had in features. The finance team was great as well!
