Ava was awesome! The team at Sherwood Nissan was also awesome. The price I paid was fair, not stupid inflated, but fair. I was offered extended warranty options and had the ability to get a lower interest rate. All was done with complete professionalism, a smile on the face. Bought our son a used 2012 Nissan Altima (private sale) shortly after we bought it we brought it in for a diagnostic as it was having problems. Our service advisor Matt listened to the issues we were having and kept us informed through the process. Not only did they fix what we brought it in for they found a few other issues and got them all taken care of as well. Needed 2 tires got it done decent price point .Well I would recommend Sherwood Nissan to friends and family ...I was impressed by the service ,price point ,time frame in which the service was presented. I was especially blown away with how friendly, the complimentary vacuum and wash was nice along with Uber services and personally networked tow truck services were also presented at a discount. Just purchased my 2nd Frontier from Sherwood Nissan. I must say that my experience was most pleasurable. All the staff from sales to service to parts have always been most helpful and friendly.
