I used the Service Express lane on November 8. This is a very convenient way to take care of routine LOF maintenance. I always appreciate the courtesy shown to me by staff here. On this day the person responsible for the Service Express lane had not come in and other staff were ably covering. I did wait a few minutes and it was entirely reasonable.
