I was never a fan of the staff here but Richard Lawrence is slowly changing my mind. He treats me like a valued customer while doing his job. This 8s my second time dealing with him and he is professional and courteous and not pushy at all.

The service advisor was very helpful and courteous. The link sent via email and text to advise the client what the issues are and cost associated didn't work very well. The courtsey shuttle was not available
