I used the Express lane drive through. I was told 45 minutes for an oil change and filter. My car was ready in 25 minutes! I was so pleased. The super service attendant I had was fast, friendly and efficient. I had trouble with the coffee machine and the lovely receptionist Brandy came to my rescue; also super friendly.
Service was timely and efficient. Richard was very friendly and welcoming. I also received pertinent service recommendations for my next servicing.
Orlando and Freddie did a great job! I know they have to earn a living but I really hate the back and forth on "extras" But they have to do their job and I appreciate it but I really took exception that I had to pay $29.70 to do business with Nissan Finance. That's like walking into Sobey's and them charging me $10 to walk through the door when I am going to spend $200 in their store. But overall it was a pleasure doing business with Sherwood Nissan.
Service team is always pleasant to deal with and provide great service. Love the special on synthetic oil change right now!

The service technicians that greeted me upon my arrival were terrific as well and very helpful with other questions I had concerning my vehicle.
