Usually I get good service and am really satisfied. This last service was not the case. My service specialist who booked in my car in the morning was amazing and got all the servicing that I requested on my vehicle completed in a timely matter. Which is what I have come to expect at Sherwood Nissan. Where things went downhill was when I picked up my vehicle just at the end of the service day. They seemed a little disorganized. The oil change and 21 point inspection were done in very good time. Staff were very friendly and efficient. The waiting area was fine. Altogether a very good experience.
