Hi, I was set to post the following on Google, but hesitated because Sherwood Nissan has been so good about trying to help. I will be home in about 3 weeks and off work for the summer, so it would be a lot more convenient for me to take the Titan to Nissan of Duncan to see if they can remedy the problem. The man who checked me in at the express service was very helpful. I was a bit discouraged when I pulled up to the express oil change and was told it would be an hour and a half as I was in the middle of an 8 hour drive and was from out of time. Previously, I have tried to book an oil change at an allotted time slot with service to ensure promptness and have been told to use the express service.
