My first trip to the service department was not a good one! This is my second one and it was 100% better! I had two consecutive visits at the service department. I had Nick on both days as my service advisor! First day they found the issue and ordered the part and the next day I returned to have the part installed ! He was absolutely awesome!! Extremely helpful, informative and pleasant to deal with!! I hope I get him next time I have to visit the service department!

First time at this dealership. Pleasant, knowledgeable staff. Our son purchased a Murano private sale and the Nissan Sherwood park service department helped us ensure it was a safe vehicle for him to be driving. Great experience!
