Had to walk into bay to ask a service person( on his cell phone) if Express oil change was open ,as I had waited in front of the Express door ,in my car for close to 10mins. There were no other vehicles in the bay . I was told that the service person was "ordering a part or something" The service person returned . He was polite . I asked to be phoned when service was complete. This didn't happen.

I was initially told it would be over two hours for an express oil change. It was finished in just over one hour. Service desk representative was very helpful answering my questions on interior cleaning products used when dealerships sell a used vehicle. While I was reading the paperwork from my service, another staff member asked if she could help me with something. Friendly staff and highly efficient staff too!! Great service.
