You did fine, except I’m finding that every time I come to the express for a quick oil change, the wait times are a bit unreasonable. Usually around 90 minutes to two hours to get an express oil change.

I appreciate your team getting me in as quickly as you did with my new to me purchased Qashqi and didn’t realize it didn’t have a block heater when I purchased in September. Thank you for working quickly and efficiently to get my vehicle back with the new block heater, within the time frame I was quoted by Nick.
