March 08, 2022 After going to 14 different car dealerships in Edmonton, St. Albert, and surrounding area I found a dealership (Sherwook Park Nissan) that treated me with respect and more over the fact that I was NOT just another number. I am EXTREMELY happy with the purchase of my vehicle. Mack Chomin went out of his way to make buying a vehicle less stressful and hassle free. Fixed my car in about 1 hour
Efficient, friendly as always
Oil change and car wash in one stop. Come back after lunch and my car was good to go. I’m very happy with the service I’ve had twice now. Thanks!
Staff are lovely to deal with, but service took longer than I was quoted. My oil change was nearly 2 hours, when I was told 1 hour. Car was washed though which was nice.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. The building is extremely clean and sanitized
Kind and easy to talk to about what needs to be fixed. I found the automatic messaging system as a negative as it was confusing.
