Good customer service!
Sherwood Nissan was very accomodating. They said my vehicle would take a couple hours. We spoke to the manager about getting a vehicle to use as I live 1 1/2 hours away and I needed to do some shopping they were fabulous. Bill gave me a vehicle to drive until my Murano was ready.
I am never overcharged. Service is exceptional. No surprises as they give you heads up. I am always pleased with this dealership. They care about their clients.
Nick at front end was very friendly and very thorough with explaining everything. The mechanic and Nick were so great and made me feel content with the explanations I received. I’ve now had 3 Nissan products and no complaints about this dealerships service area.
