Always good service without surprises; even during covid
As always staff is good at answering questions and providing the most efficient service
Everything about the service was fine, done in a timely fashion and people were friendly. I was offered an Uber ride back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle (around 1015-1030) however 6 hours later I was contacted by text messages and a phone call that a second Uber would be arriving in 4 minutes to pick me up at my home (at 4:17). There was confusion and miscommunication somewhere at Nissan’s end and my personal contact information incorrectly used for another customer pickup. The staff was friendly and courteous. The service performed was basic but well done. However, I disagree with 2 policies. 1. The appointment is to meet with the Service Advisor, NOT the actual service. This can lead to delays and makes it difficult to schedule other activities. 2. Nissan insists on charging for navigation map updates on something we paid extra for as an option. This is ridiculous and is DEFINITELY a deal breaker when it concerns future purchases.

The service agent (Cass) was very helpful and she exactly understood what I wanted for service. When I was there to pick up my vehicle they forgot to do the courtesy car wash but they did it ASAP as I mentioned it to her. I had a great experience 👍
Overall was a fine experience. However the are which was accessed was not put together properly and were told that we had to wait until the next business day to be repaired (this was over a long weekend). Luckily my husband was able re-secure the area properly.
