Very Helpful from start to finish! I needed a new vehicle as I had some issues with my old car and it was time to upgrade! Everyone I dealt with was very helpful in finding me exactly what I needed even when I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted! Shawna was quick to reach out and get me to who I needed to talk to! Sales Bought a new 2014 Camaro ZL1 from Jim McEwen, was awesome to deal with, quick to respond and new the answer to the questions I had! Chris in the finance office was very good as well! And had a few lil issues with the car, and Shauna in service was unreal, since I'm not from around Sherwood Park she is very accommodating to get me in when I do get down! All in all Sherwood Park Chev has been a very good experience! So far anyway!
Windshield I brought my Camaro in for service and found out the dealer did windshields. I was able to with the help of Craig in parts order a new GM windshield as I did not want a non GM one. Once it came in I booked in my car through Shawna and she was able to get it done quickly for me and it looks great. Best dealership ever!! I went to Sherwood park chev and everyone there was amazing! The sales manager found me the perfect truck for a good price, the financiers helped work out a payment to perfectly fit to my lifestyle! I referred two of my friends there then two weeks later my friend bought a truck! I am 19 years old and they helped me get a 2013 gmc Sierra on my own (: I would recommend them to anyone!!!
A smooth buying experience I had a great experience buying my new vehicle here. I was totally taken care of on all aspects of the purchase.
