great dealership With intentions of shopping around a few dealerships, sherwood chevrolet was the first dealership i visited. After my visit i felt no desire to look anywhere else. Over Due Thanks This Thank You is long overdue. I have been dealing with Nicholson off and on since 1979 and when my 2008 Saturn needed work I was pleasantly greeted by Shawna Bilozyr. That first encounter has now made me a loyal customer and one who is willing to share my experiences with my friends. Tough times made made easier by these amazing folk I was recently considering purchasing a new vehicle and had the pleasure of having Phil Valk assist me with this matter. He was exceptionally friendly and was able to quickly address exactly what my interests and concerns were with trading in my current vehicle and purchasing new. Always a pleasure From the moment you walk into the service department you are treated as a person and not a number. The price the service and the quality are all there. need a job done quick just ask it typicaly gets done, They always call if they find a problem that wasnt discussed when you brought it in. this way there are no suprises when you go to collect your investment. Always a positive experience! I purposely always ask for Shawna Bilozyr-Sitek when I have questions about my 2011 Impala I bought last fall from them, and before that when they were Nickledome on Argyll Road with my previous Aveo, and she has always competently, and quickly provided answers --- and SOLUTIONS to any issues I am concerned about. JUst to Say Thank You --- To Everyone in the Service Dept. I have dealt with (was Nicholson) now Sherwood Park Chevrolet for 20 years. Have bought all my Vehicles there and I go no place else for my annual service or emergency service on my Vehicles. The staff at Sherwood Park Chevrolet made me feel right at home as soon as I walked into the showroom. I went in wanting to see the different levels of trucks from the lower end to the completely loaded models. The sales team were very accommodating and showed me several different trucks.
