Each time I visited, it appeared that I was greeted with all the sales staff. The hello's and hi's were friendly They knew that I was Jack's client and always said we will find him. A pleasure to be recognized as a lowly customer.

Jennifer and Shawna helped address my concerns regarding our truck during the warranty installation of a heated steering wheel. The original work was done well and I was happy with the service. I do have a concern about the truck braking performance that has existed since new. In the end the issue was beyond their control, but they communicated what they could do and shared a GM contact to see if the problem could be resolved. The

Went in for some mileage flushes, alignment and tire swap. Faith, who had her first day of work that day, got me all checked in and kept up with notifications through the day on the status. Everything seems to have been done on the vehicle as well as a minor repair and a rock chip repair in the windshield so now I don't have to go hunting for someplace different to do that.
