I had just come off a terrible experience with another dealership (buyer beware - the dealership advertised price is the price you should be paying, plus GST and finance fees. Everything else is negotiable), lots of lost time and energy on my end. I contacted Sherwood Park Chev about a used Hyundai Kona with a sour taste in my mouth, expecting to be jerked around again. Was a little upset with the dog hair still in the vehicle. Finance could not get the numbers correct on bill of sale, had to contact several times to correct the final purchase price??? Nathan was pretty good and very helpful. Things kind of fall apart past his control.
