Winter tires put on I had my winter tires put on and it was great service and had nothing to complain about from the visit. I have also ordered new cover for my new car.
OnStar refit for WiFi I needed to OnStar refit for WiFi reception and this was handled in a professional and timely manner. The staff at the Service Desk, the Driver and the service desk were all very cheerful and helpful as usual.
Frustration! Not!!-Love this place!!! Bought a used vehicle for our son in late October. Found out there was no Jack in the Equinox. Have called and or left messages to the dealership and was told we would find you one! Once I was in touch with you the (new) replacement Jack was ordered and in our hands very quickly. Thanks for eleviating the frustration and the quick work!
Great experience!! The customer service was exceptional. Kimberley and Chris were a pleasure to deal with. They listened to our needs and did not try to up sell us to something we didn't need. We felt they worked hard to find something we liked and gave us a great price. Great service Buying a vehicle from out of province is not always easy but Cam, Rana and Liane made it so. Cam was an excellent salesman and answered all our questions no matter what they were.
