Odds and Ends Had the following work done; Winter tire change over Oil change Pinion seal replacement Onstar upgrade Fuel System flush Brake system flush. All done with no issues. SP Chev appears to keep excellent maintenance records on my vehicle, making it easy to keep the preventative maintenance schedule up to date. The service adviser Rob Perras was excellent in keeping me informed on the progress. All in all, the service technicians and service adviser all were great.
I will summarize my experience with one word "Excellent" I have never met a dealership more willing to listen to what I wanted and make it happen than this Dealership. They were friendly and knew everything I wanted to know about my new Corvette. I would recommend them to anyone.
Winter tires put on I had my winter tires put on and it was great service and had nothing to complain about from the visit. I have also ordered new cover for my new car.
OnStar refit for WiFi I needed to OnStar refit for WiFi reception and this was handled in a professional and timely manner. The staff at the Service Desk, the Driver and the service desk were all very cheerful and helpful as usual.
Frustration! Not!!-Love this place!!! Bought a used vehicle for our son in late October. Found out there was no Jack in the Equinox. Have called and or left messages to the dealership and was told we would find you one! Once I was in touch with you the (new) replacement Jack was ordered and in our hands very quickly. Thanks for eleviating the frustration and the quick work!
Great experience!! The customer service was exceptional. Kimberley and Chris were a pleasure to deal with. They listened to our needs and did not try to up sell us to something we didn't need. We felt they worked hard to find something we liked and gave us a great price. They made sure to find us all the possible deals and ways to save money through promotions, etc. They were great in showcasing different options for the truck to make sure that we liked them.
