Truly excellent people! I have dealt with Sherwood Chev on a few occasions for my friend my girlfriend and myself. We all have had great experiences with the people at Sherwood Park Chev. So good that my girlfriend and my friend who are both Ford people came here because of how good of an experience I had here.
Outstanding Experience! This is the only Dealer I have been to that did everything in their power to make the Customer Comfortable. Their Hard Working Staff are Great to deal with, and I don't mind the 2 hour Drive for the Sales & Service. I Recommend Sherwood Park Chevrolet to everyone.
Maintenance Minor engibe service and check good. Quick oil changes - drive in, service, coffee while you wait, visit, look at new vehicles, pay, drive out! Simple.
Efficient and Accommodating. Used the Quick Lube and the staff was very friendly, did what I requested with providing extra inspection. Asked if I wanted my wipers replaced , repaired windshield chips and washed down my suv after completing the job.
All staff are very friendly and helpful. All staff that assisted me including courtesy driver were very helpful, friendly and had a good sense of humour. Unfortunately I forgot a few of your names. Awesome experience.
In short, they jumped to make the experience excellent. the staff met my needs and where genuine in dealing with my purchase and service needs as well as transportation (drop and pick up while vehicle was in service). Service researched for any re-calls and was able to repair on the spot.
happy to help I have found that the staff is always there to help. Most of my dealings have been with either Shawna or Nadine but on one occasion Wayne did some research on headlights for me a phoned me later with the answer.
Overall Good Service I'm quite pleased with the service I get from this location. The employees are always friendly and their service is good, too. Sometimes their Quick Lube isn't *quite* as quick as I'd like, but I can forgive that. When I first purchased my vehicle, they said that the first four oil changes were free. There was a misunderstanding, so my fourth one wasn't free, but they gave me a $25 gift card in exchange for that, as well as e-mailed be a $10 coupon a few months later.
Efficient The service team at Sherwood Park Chev always get me in and out quickly. The quality of the work has been very good. I will be back.
