I visited the offices of Dr. Maxwell on March 30, 2016 for the first time. Upon entering the office I was greeted by Marcella who expedited my paper work and then by John who took my vitals and pertinent health info. Both of these individuals treated me in the most professional manner. My experience with Dr. Maxwell was a 10 plus! He listened attentively, took his time,and addressed all my health concerns. I highly would recommend Dr. Maxwell to my family and friends. Paul John Orlando

As a former registered nurse and a current mental heal care provider, I would highly recommend Dr. Maxwell. He takes the time to listen and converse about health care challenges, and was not put off by the fact that I had already researched my health concerns and was well informed walking in. His staff went the extra mile in helping me resolve an insurance snag. Wonderful experience all around, which is rare in health care these days!
She is so rushed and a-lots about 8 minutes for you before her hand is on the door. You better be good fast at explaining what you want. She cancels meds out of the blue and doesn't tell you or bother to give you an alternative medicine. No communication. You will be finding out from your Pharmacy that your important Med has been cancelled by her and you cannot refill it and this leaves you trying to get a message to her which isn't going happen and scrambling to find another Doctor, get an appointment and get your Meds. Dr Pahlevan has been our doctor for several years. Suddenly she’s vanished from the Intermountain office and no one will say where she is. There was no notification of this to us.

I wouldn’t trust my pet with him
The wait time was long, the appointment time was 10:40am, so my daughter with her coach arrived at 10:10am . They were waiting more than 2 hours; the receptionist or the nurse, I would say, totally forgot about them; later they apologized. but this is unacceptable, how can you forget about your patient waiting more than two hours.
Seen Dr Hillock for my arthritis on my right knee for the first time. X-ray was done in their office as well. He came in and asked me what I needed for my knees. I told him my PCP suggested shots until I decides for surgery. He didn’t even bother to check my knees or the X-ray but he said someone will come in for my shot. I was told that the doctor ordered for my left knee (this staff was very professional and friendly) so she had to go back and reverified with Dr Hillock.
