This has been the worst experience for my husband and our family. My husband had a bakers cyst removed back in February. It is now the end of June and he still hasn’t healed. We have been to the ER due to the infection FOUR times. There has been no resolution or concern on Hillocks end. The ER told us that the Hillock needs to go in and clean up the infection/remove an abscess and he has been dragging his feet and at every follow up says “looks good” and sends us on his way. The worst doctor I have met. Couldn't care less even though I have many medical conditions that are under control. Failed to put upcoming procedures in as referrals. Not communicating well at all. Upon visits, didn't review blood tests with me. Spoke very little about my medical condition. Didn't put in blood test request and upon going to the lab, the lab could not find the request. I feel his dishonesty and disinterest in my care rose to the level of sadism. Eyes on computer at all times, doesn't appear to listen, doesn't communicate effectively and, to me, appears to care very little about the well-being of his patients. When I called in about my MRI, he misrepresented the results, not knowing I already had a copy. I am lucky to have found a better primary care doc so quickly.

I would not recommend Dr. Terry McAnallen. Firstly, I never leave reviews, but I felt that I needed to this time. My husband waited a month to be seen by him and it was a huge disappointment. I feel awful because I specifically chose this doctor for him. Read many reviews stating how he's patient, caring and listens. He is none of these. After reading the reviews I now dont feel like it was just me feeling like I wasnt getting what I need from my doctor. I too was given Samantha when Dr Harries was either out or overbooked. I sorely miss Samantha as she really listened and took care of my issues. Now that I'm back with dr harries I've declined again and it seems like I cant get the proper care to get well. I get the back and forth and messages not being passed. Dr. And nurse Beverly seems very unconcerned about my medical healt

This is NOT a doctor that I would recommend. She comes off as an arrogant, young doctor fresh out of school who doesn't give a crap about you or your problems, like she can't stand working there. She gave me inaccurate information about my condition that I had gotten a second opinion about. When I confronted her she tried to deny she ever said it and got angry. Then I complained to her boss and at my next appointment she treated me like dirt. I will never go back to her again.

It takes weeks to get an appointment. If you have problem the office just blows you off and sympoms get worse.

he could care less about patients. I had an infection in my leg that he was seeing me about the meds weren't working and I begged to get in to see him his response " go to urgent care" never gave me the results of my ultrasound nor did he see me, the UC Dr. gave me my results & said my leg should've gotten better after being on the meds for 6 days, he prescribed stronger meds and my leg is somewhat better. Maxwell wont fill out my FMLA papers cause I'm no longer his patient, due to new ins
