The crew at Shoreline is so very friendly, kind and caring. Reception is welcoming and friendly. My X-ray with Brie was taken in a very professional manner~ ….when I struggled with holding equipment steady in place (in my mouth) Brie was understanding and caring , she brought me water to help me along. Dr Urbanski was apologetic for running late from her surgery ~which I understood completely…. but still appreciated her kind concern. All in all my visit was a very comfortable one. There was a constant forward flow of information and care. You can feel the respect as an abundance of information and genuine concern is being delivered in a small window of time. Today I received a reminder call for my next appointment. I absolutely appreciate that call to confirm what I think is my appt time. This office should be professionally proud.
