The staff are all friendly and helpful. Richard in particular has always seen toit that my car has been taken care of and has been good at telling me what service at the time needs to be taken care and what can wait.
Great service from employees. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because you no longer offer rides back to customers office and charge a fee for credit card payments
Service advisor Robbie was fantastic. The automated process for scheduling the appointment was very smooth.

Generally good sales process. Finance person did not know that the car was Certified Pre Owned, therefore incorrectly described the warranty coverages that came with the car. Finance person presented extended coverage options in a confusing and spoke extremely rapidly while scribbling notes on a sheet of paper. Got my Android Auto Wireless upgrade here as it was cheapest in the Honda Dreamshop by a lot. Excellent customer service, kept me informed and were professional and courteous.
