CEDRIC was very nice, professional and patient with me. . he is explained everything in the way that I understood. I got the car that I wanted and I’m very happy.
My appointment to get My Ridgeline serviced was at 9:00. They got me in at 9. Said the service would take about 2 hours. And they were right on. The waiting room was comfortable, they had water for those of waiting. I would recommend all Honda owners to take their vehicles to Showcase Honda.
Devin was wonderful. Very helpful and courteous . He even put a new plate on for me.
Richard was very helpful, turns out my vehicle has a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed. He helped me prioritize which need immediate attention so I can better plan and budget these services. Very helpful!

Overall service was fine. Oil change was fine (of course tried to sell more but that comes with the territory). There is a coupon online for an oil change that seems to always be there. They only give you that price if you show the coupon. If the coupon is always there, on the website, why not just charge that price? The main issue I had was that it appears either some one ran into the car with something or ran the car into something. I had a wonderful experience at Showcase Honda with the exception of a charge added to my contract that I did not authorize. The finance director quickly fixed the issue and reworked my contract timely. The customer service was excellent but I do not like the fact that MPPs are being added to customer contracts without their knowledge. That is not a good move. Full transparency should be utilized from beginning to end.
