Arrived on time for my appointment and was taken care of with no unexpected waiting. The only question I have is I had the oil changed refilling with premium oil and yet they added an additive for additional cost. My question is if its a premium oil, why should an additive be necessary. First time Ive experienced that. Other than that point, the service at Showcase is far superior to the dealership I purchased the vehicle from which is Right Honda in Scottsdale. My experience at Showcase is worthy of 5 stars.
