Service was good, however I was charged for a "Full maintenance package" Which includes the maintenance for oil, oil filter, and tire rotation covered my mpp package. Was still charged for the total package.

I had an appointment I needed to get to and was worried I wouldnt make it because check-in took an unusually long time. My service advisor made sure to get me out on time. Appreciated that extra effort!

We came in with a new rumbling noise and they took us serious to search it out during our LOF check up appointment. They did find the problem and needed to keep the van and extra day to replace the fuel pump. Allan notified us of the findings from the service dept. and we appreciated his staying in contact with us. I'm always glad they check and refill the windshield washer fluid. Thank you!
