Richard was GREAT! Theres just something different about his service compared to other dealerships. Idk if its the tight pants, perfect hair, or maybe... his beautiful ankles... either way, I am always satisfied with my service. Keep squatting and keeping them cheeks looking right Richard.

Richard calmed my fears. I told him that the indicator light for low air pressure was on. He told me I could bring it in now. I asked if I could bring it in the very next day. That was great news. I spent about 40 minutes at the waiting area. Relieved it was only a nail. Richard has a very nice empathetic way of dealing with customers. I really did not think that it would be fixed by Honda during a holiday weekend.
