We purchased our 2011 Honda Touring van at Showcase and have had it serviced here every year since then. Richard York is our advisor, he always provides me with an estimate of how much each service would cost and how urgent it is needed. Richard never tries to oversell the service needed, with his helpful advice I'm sure I will have many more years left on my vehicle. Thank you, Richard!

I arrived in Scottsdale from out of town. My tire pressure warning light was on. I did not buy my car from showcase but went there to have them check why the light was on. They did an inspection, topped off the tire pressure in all tires and didn't charge me. Thanks so much for helping out a single female senior!

Great experience. They do a 21point check with oil change.. Very thorough. My service rep. was very professional. My only complaint is the increased cost of an oil change. It went from like $24.99 several years ago to something like $40 to approximately $50 to now $70. Ouch!
