An additional key was cut. No was very nice & professional. He also showed me how to use some features in my car for which I am grateful.

Richard was great. However, the service it self was incomplete. It was told to us that we would get all fluids topped off. The simplest of all "washer fluid" was not filled. So, that leads us to question what else did they not do?!!

Performed paint protection service as scheduled. Provided a quote for services "needed". $ 144.90 to change cabin air filter and engine air filter. Purchased both filters for a total of $25.00, changed filters in 15 minutes. Seems a bit pricey to charge over $100.00 to change filters. Overall service has been very good at this dealership.
