I had an appointment I needed to get to and was worried I wouldnt make it because check-in took an unusually long time. My service advisor made sure to get me out on time. Appreciated that extra effort!

We came in with a new rumbling noise and they took us serious to search it out during our LOF check up appointment. They did find the problem and needed to keep the van and extra day to replace the fuel pump. Allan notified us of the findings from the service dept. and we appreciated his staying in contact with us. I'm always glad they check and refill the windshield washer fluid. Thank you! Richard was GREAT! Theres just something different about his service compared to other dealerships. Idk if its the tight pants, perfect hair, or maybe... his beautiful ankles... either way, I am always satisfied with my service. Keep squatting and keeping them cheeks looking right Richard.
