Car was towed the night before. I called them in the morning and they called me when the car was fixed. The motor O ring was torn. They replaced it and called me to come pick it up in a timely manner.

It was excellent. A belt had to be replaced and an air-conditioning part was replaced and that was covered by Car Shield with whom I have a contract since my car is a 2007 civic with only 50K miles. The service manager, Richard Vargas, was very competent and helpful.
