Casey Allen has been extremely helpful in servicing my Piolet. When she didn't have the answer, she would find out and let me know. I appreciate the service department and the experience help they provide. I hope one day Honda could design this car with two more doors for the third row seat. Thanks again for your help.

They got the job done, that is, they sold me the car that I wanted for a reasonable price. However, the experience was not nearly as a good as those have had buying from other dealers. I will avoid Showcase Honda the next time that I am in the market. First, they engage in the shady practice of late dealer add-ons after a price had been agreed upon. Second, they were pushy in selling their MPP, insisting on a hasty decision without all of facts available.
It was good and well managed. The person I dealt with was very helpful and kept me informed.
Saw the "like new" vehicle with 6k miles on their website, thought it was too good to be true. Checked it out via their CarFax info and had to drive in from the north valley to check it out, it was exactly as advertised. Working with sales staff (Diego) was the easiest experience I've ever had in my 50+ years of car buying, the trade in offer was very fair and working with finance (Tristan) was easy. Even though it was a 40+ mile round trip, I would do it again and would recommend them highly.
