Great experience from Diego the salesman. He took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. Not a great experience with the finance rep. He skimmed through the signing process and I never got my loan docs emailed to me. Days later I couldn't get either of the people who helped me to call me back. I emailed them both and called 5-6 times until I got a finance manager who mailed me my loan docs overnight. Thank you Diego and the helpful finance manager.
