Richard York has been my service advisor for many years. He is completely trustworthy and honest. He only recommends what is needed. My recent experience with Sean in the sales department was also very good. He was very patient in walking me through the process of buying my new Honda Civic which is quite different from my old 2007 Accord and explaining the new features. Fernando in Finance was also outstanding and very competent.
