Overall I had a good experience until a “manager” came in Overall I had a good experience until a “manager” came in to close the “deal” at the signing of my paperwork. He was very condescending as if I didn’t understand English. Then he tried to be condescending in Spanish and he only showed how stupid he sounded. People like him need to stay behind the scenes.
