Just bought my third vehicle in a ten-year period from Deneen at Showcase Honda. It was a very pleasant experience, and I she provides exceptional customer service. I wasn't looking for a new vehicle; but asked if she could accommodate something that I thought might be impossible - she did the work and called me back when she found a vehicle that met my needs and conditions. When it came time to go to the dealership, she was very considerate of my time. I'll buy from her again; she's great!

It was a smooth trip getting my oil changed. It was the first time I didn’t feel pressured by the service rep and he was prepared for me when I got there which was nice.
Always friendly staff and usually answer my questions to my satisfaction. The wait time for an oil is like 2 hours,it would be nice if they could speed it up.
The deal was quicker than I expected. And both Bella and Kelly from finances were very helpful with whole contract deal.
Austin Czerwiński does a great job of explaining things and keeping the customer informed while the vehicle is in for service. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The wifi worked great so there was not time lost because I was able to comfortably work off my laptop while my Ridgeline was in for service.
Good place to do maintenance on my vehicle Richard York really is a total help.
