Great experience! Great experience from the moment we walked into Showcase Honda. We were trading in a CRV for a new one and salesman Matt Jorgensen was excellent! Matt was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, hard working. He listened carefully to what we were looking for in a CRV and worked hard to get us in the car we wanted for the right price. It was such a pleasure working with him. I highly recommend Showcase Honda!
Simple and straightforward. Our salesman Atul made the process very straightforward and simple; we did not have to haggle, talk to too many people, or worry about many of the stressful sales tactics that are often associated with car dealerships. Plus, our paperwork went relatively quickly, so the overall process was fairly painless, which was a nice surprise.
Bill P form Scottsdale Jim was a nice refreshing change. he was interested in the prior issues and complaints i had and delivered the vehicle back in fantastic condition. Should there be a return visit on my part for warranty work, i will see Jim......only. the service techs are not necessarily your strong point.
Loving my Honda Civic I was able to talk with Sharma and get everything set up for me to trade my jeep for a car before coming into the dealership. He made the whole process easy and fast. I was there for a few hours negotiating and getting things finalized but after leaving I felt great about my purchase. I did have some problems a week later with my lender, but once contacting financing at the dealership things were fixed asap.

Great Sales Personnel & Up Front Service My fiance and I stopped by to look at a preowned element. We did not want to proceed with the element and nothing else on the lot striked her interest.
